Minor Necklace of Precision is an Uncommon necklace in Windrose that grants +7 Precision to the wearer. It is the Uncommon tier, one step above the entry-level Tiny necklace. It can only be obtained by ascending the previous tier at the Jewelery Table. Necklaces fill the neck accessory slot, so only one can be worn at a time.
