Henri Boucher

Henri Boucher is a Rogue Buccaneers contact stationed at the Rogue Buccaneers Main Base. He is the questgiver for the faction's introductory Buccaneers chain and the follow-up Glorious Hunters side quest. He is the older brother of Marcel Boucher, whose death at the hands of pirates sets the Glorious Hunters storyline in motion.
Henri Boucher is found standing inside the Rogue Buccaneers Main Base, a camp built around a cave system on a remote island reached by ship. The Main Base also houses a Bounty Agent, a Buyer, and a Provisioner. The Main Base becomes marked on the map once the Buccaneers quest chain is in progress.

During Glorious Hunters, the player recovers the Broken Musket and pages from Marcel Boucher's diary across three abandoned camps. Returning to Henri and handing over the evidence confirms that Marcel and his entire hunting party were killed. Henri tasks the player with avenging his brother by sinking pirate ships at sea.

Henri will not progress the Glorious Hunters quest until all three diary pages and the Broken Musket are in the player's inventory.
