Evasive Fencer is a choice-node talent. It is paired with Disciplined Fencer at the same planner position. Investing any points here locks out the paired talent until a respec.
Strong for dodge-focused Rapier builds that prefer sidestep dashes over parries. Higher ceiling than Disciplined Fencer (55% vs 35%) but Perfect Dashes are harder to land consistently.
