The Ethnic Rug is a square-shaped floor covering in Windrose. These carpets are woven with striking patterns from distant lands, and they sit in the Carpets group of comfort decorations used to dress up the floors of a base.
It works only within Bonfire range. A rug placed outside the radius of a fueled Bonfire provides no comfort and decays over time, so lay it inside a settled base.
It grants Comfort +1. Comfort bonuses in this category do not stack, so adding a second Carpets-category piece next to it gives no extra comfort. Mix one item from each decoration category to raise the overall comfort tier; the Comfort System page explains how those per-category caps combine.
