Add boarding synergy and Plague Halberd boom interaction
Dominating Presence is a talent in the Crusher branch of the Windrose Talent System. Each kill within 8 meters refreshes or applies a 60-second melee damage buff. Duration does not scale per rank; only magnitude scales.

Dominating Presence snowballs camp clears. The first kill triggers a 60-second melee damage buff that accelerates every subsequent kill in the same pull, and chained kills refresh the 60-second window.
A first kill within 8m triggers rank-3 Dominating Presence's +18% melee damage for 60 seconds. A second kill within the window refreshes the 60-second clock. In a camp with six enemies clustered around a sergeant, the talent is usually active from kill 2 onward through the end of the fight.
Stacks additively with Momentum's multi-hit bonus. Both together approach +45% on late-combo swings in dense camps.
Does not trigger on boss-only fights because the boss itself is the only kill and there is no one to kill first.
The 60-second buff window lines up almost perfectly with a single boarding action, which typically wraps up in around the same time. One trash kill in the opening seconds keeps the +18% melee damage active for the rest of the fight, so Dominating Presence is one of the highest-value talent picks for boarding-focused melee builds.
The talent also boosts the Plague Halberd AoE special. The boom that fans outward from the ground slam still counts as melee damage even though it visually reads as area effect, so any active Dominating Presence stack scales the boom alongside the swing that produced it.
Best with crowd-clearing weapons: the Plague Halberd and Soul Eater both kill quickly enough that the first proc cascades into a full clear with the buff up the entire time.
Less reliable on bosses: single-target boss arenas often have only one kill, which lands at the very end of the fight when the buff no longer matters.
Stacks additively: Dominating Presence stacks additively with Berserk, Momentum, and the Pikeman Set two-handed weapon damage bonus, so a clean boarding opener compounds all of those modifiers on the same swing.
