Learning this plan unlocks: Cutter miniatures on a stand and in a bottle. An elegant model of a fast, nimble vessel tied to coastal voyages, scouting, and independent seafaring.
Part of the Spanish Caribbean building set.
Decoration: Cutter Miniatures is a Recipe Paper plan. Reading it once permanently teaches three ship model blueprints, after which the models can be placed from the build menu as often as you have materials. The plan item itself is consumed on use and is not needed again, so a single copy unlocks the set for that character.
The models depict a Cutter, the small, fast, single-masted vessel suited to scouting and coastal runs. Each finished model is a comfort decoration that must sit within Bonfire range to take effect, contributing to the room rating tracked by the Comfort System.

Each unlocked recipe builds at the carpentry bench from common timber. The bottle versions (Cutter in a Bottle and the water variant Cutter in a Bottle (Water)) sit on a shelf or surface, while Cutter on a Stand is a free-standing display piece. All three count toward the same Miniatures comfort category, and that category bonus does not stack, so placing several different ship models adds more variety than placing duplicates of one.
Other vessels in the same building set have their own plans: Decoration: Brig Miniatures, Decoration: Frigate Miniatures, and Decoration: Ketch Miniatures. Collecting the full set lets a captain line a cabin with the entire fleet in miniature.
