The Ancient Incense Burner is a Senkamati ritual artifact, used in the temple practices that preceded the Day of Great Sorrow. It is a relic tier loot pickup with no crafting use: its only purpose is to be sold, and unlike most loot it can pay out in Guineas rather than Piastres.

The Ancient Incense Burner drops from giant tier Plague creatures and from Ancient Chests at high tier Senkamati ruins. It shares the same relic loot pool as Gold Mask of the Priest, Gold Temple Jug, Gold Vase of the Chief, and Pot with Golden Horns. Clearing those ruins and their Senkamati Shaman Healer defenders is the reliable way to farm the whole set.

Sold To

Because one Guinea is worth far more than the alternative Piastres payout, sell relics like this to the Smugglers of Port Royal Buyer when you have the option.
