July 22, 2026 at 08:10 AM
Confirmed BitSummit 2026 (Kyoto) and PlayX4 2026 (Ilsan) expo appearances with dates and venues; added supported-languages list (15) and Steam features (Achievements, Cloud, Family Sharing)
VOID DIVER: Escape from the Abyss is heading to Early Access on PC. The team is targeting an Early Access launch in the second half of 2026, and has said it is accelerating development off the momentum from its 2026 showcase appearances. The game is paid, with the exact price not yet announced.
The Early Access window is set for the second half of 2026. Early Access lets the studio ship the game while continuing to build it out with the community, gathering feedback through the demo and the live build to shape its direction. The full 1.0 launch date has not been announced.
The game is PC only. Steam reports a Windows build with full controller support, and no Mac, Linux, or console version has been officially confirmed. For specifications, see System Requirements.
On Steam, VOID DIVER lists support for 15 languages: English, Korean, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, French, Italian, German, Spanish (Spain), Russian, Vietnamese, Turkish, Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (Portugal), and Polish.
The Steam listing also records Steam Achievements, Steam Cloud saves, and Family Sharing. As a pre-launch page, this feature set may still change before the Early Access build ships.
The path toward Early Access has been marked by steadily rising wishlist counts and a series of public appearances:

It appeared at BitSummit 2026 in Kyoto, Japan, held May 22 to 24 at Miyako Messe, and at PlayX4 2026 at KINTEX in Ilsan, Korea, held May 21 to 24. Both venues ran playable demo booths, and the PlayX4 stage carried a live-streamed Q&A with the game's lead producer. See PlayX4 2026.
For the demo itself, see Demo. The overview page gives a broad introduction to the game.
