Copper Sheet is the first rolled-metal component in Starsand Island, produced at the Cutter I from a single Copper Ingot. It plays the same role in the early game that Iron Sheet plays in the mid game: a flat metal part that furniture, machine, and station recipes call for constantly.

The Cutter is a passive station, so sheets accumulate while you do other work. Copper Ingots themselves come from smelting 4 Copper Ore + 1 Charcoal at the Furnace I.
Copper Sheet appears in one of the longest consumer lists of any early material, spanning dozens of furniture and equipment recipes. Highlights:
Storage Box II. Built from 6 Softwood Planks + 3 Copper Sheets, the standard early storage upgrade.
Cutter II. Building Cutter II takes 2 Copper Sheets (upgrading an existing Cutter I takes 1), alongside Iron Ingots and a Radiant Core.
Furniture and lighting. Recipes such as the Outdoor AC Unit, Timberlace Cabinet, and several pendant lamps combine Copper Sheets with Glass Panes and planks.
Keep a rolling stock. A batch of 10 to 15 Copper Sheets covers most early furniture projects without re-runs to the mine.
Don't melt every ingot into Bronze. Copper Ingots are pulled in two directions, Bronze smelting and sheet rolling; reserve a share for sheets before committing ore to Bronze.
