Bamboo Board is the primary processed form of Bamboo in Starsand Island, cut at the Cutter. It anchors the bamboo furniture line and one bus stop variant, and it is also the input for Bamboo Strips, the finer bamboo product.

Cutting Recipe

Bamboo grows in groves around Cloudrest Lake on the northern side of the island, particularly near the Panda House, with scattered stalks elsewhere.

Major Uses

• Cloudrest Lake bus stop. The one stop in the bus stop reconstruction questline that uses Bamboo Boards instead of Softwood Planks.

• Bamboo furniture. Chairs, stools, sofas, and dining tables in the bamboo furniture line are built from Bamboo Boards at the Worktable.

• Bamboo Strip production. 2 Bamboo Boards cut down into 1 Bamboo Strip for the woven furniture recipes.

Tips

• Stock boards before strips. Since strips are cut from boards, harvesting enough Bamboo for boards automatically covers both products; cut strips only as recipes demand them.
