STAR WARS Zero Company carries 53 achievements on PC. Twenty-four are visible with their unlock conditions published; the remaining twenty-nine are hidden, so their names are listed but not what earns them. Nothing about the set was knowable before release, because the store listing carried no achievement data at all until the game shipped on August 27, 2026.
The spread is unusually light on grind. There are no kill-count or playtime targets. What it rewards instead is finishing the campaign on each difficulty, filling out the roster, pushing Bonds to their ceiling, and a small set of jokes about probability.
Completion Rates
Two weeks after release, the global unlock figures give a rough picture of how far players are actually getting. Around 95 percent of owners clear the opening story beat, and roughly 81 percent reach the first Zone Reward, but only about 14 percent have finished the campaign on any difficulty. The percentages below are the live global figures and drift as more people play, so treat them as an approximate shape rather than fixed values.
Campaign Completion
Five achievements track how the campaign was finished. Each of the four difficulty tiers has its own, and they stack downward, so clearing the game on a higher setting also awards the ones below it. The fifth requires the hardest configuration the game offers.
Achievement | How to Unlock | Global Unlock |
|---|---|---|
Hired Gun | Beat the game on Story or higher | 14.4% |
Veteran | Beat the game on Normal or higher | 13.1% |
Operator | Beat the game on Hard or higher | 4.1% |
Captain | Beat the game on Expert | 1.2% |
Legend | Beat the game on Expert and Beskar Mode | 0.5% |
The drop from 14.4 percent on Story to 1.2 percent on Expert shows how steeply completion falls off with difficulty, and Legend at half a percent is the rarest achievement in the game apart from the catch-all. Legend is also the one that changes how a run has to be played: Beskar Mode removes the ability to load an earlier save, so pairing it with Expert means every mistake stands. See Permadeath for how that interacts with losing Operators.
Visible Achievements
The other twenty achievements cover squad management, the Den economy, and battlefield play.
Achievement | How to Unlock | Global Unlock |
|---|---|---|
Your Focus Determines Your Reality | Applied a Focus Point | 89.8% |
Sign Here | Recruited an Operator | 85.4% |
Dress Code | Customized a member of Zero Company | 81.7% |
To the Victor Go the Spoils | Unlocked a Zone Reward | 81.0% |
Do or Do Not | Missed a shot with a 90 percent or better chance to hit | 77.1% |
Where Credit Is Due | Made a purchase at the Black Market | 76.5% |
Signature Flair | Customized a Weapon | 75.3% |
The High Ground | Defeated 10 enemies from a higher elevation | 70.8% |
Watch That First Step | Knocked an enemy out of the combat space | 64.7% |
Never Tell Me the Odds | Landed a shot with a 10 percent or lower chance to hit | 29.6% |
A Natural Part of Life | Lost a member of Zero Company | 17.7% |
Fully Geared | Equipped 4 Weapon Mods to a Weapon | 4.4% |
Thick as Thieves | Reached Very High Bond between two custom Operators | 1.7% |
Full Roster | Recruited 20 Operators in a single campaign | 1.6% |
Sharp Shooters | Not published | 1.1% |
Across the Stars | Unlocked all the Zone Rewards | 1.1% |
*Angry Beeps* | Completed a mission using four astromechs | 0.7% |
Beep Boop | Reached Very High Bond between two astromechs | 0.5% |
Active Duty | Completed 50 optional missions | 0.2% |
Zero Company Legend | Completed all other achievements | 0.1% |
Several of these confirm numbers the rest of the wiki carries. Full Roster puts the roster ceiling at twenty, matching what The Den allows once its upgrades are bought. *Angry Beeps* confirms a squad can be filled entirely with astromechs. Fully Geared fixes the weapon modification ceiling at four slots, which is covered in Weapons and Weapon Specializations. A Natural Part of Life is awarded for losing an Operator rather than for avoiding it, which is a fair summary of how the game treats the subject.
Active Duty is the rarest of the non-completion achievements at 0.2 percent. Fifty optional missions is a large number for a campaign most players finish in twenty to forty hours, so it is closer to a completionist target than a natural part of a first run.
Hidden Achievements
Twenty-nine achievements are hidden. Their names are published but their conditions are not, and most of them read as story markers, so the list below is a spoiler-light index rather than a guide. The unlock percentages do give a rough sense of where each sits in the campaign.
Hidden Achievement | Global Unlock |
|---|---|
In a galaxy far, far away.... | 95.5% |
Scum And Villainy | 83.5% |
Fathom Revealed | 69.4% |
One Less Clanker | 57.0% |
Forceful | 44.1% |
Sky High | 43.5% |
A Way to Pass the Time | 38.3% |
Luunata Reclaimed | 28.1% |
A New Order | 24.6% |
The Prizefighter | 22.8% |
Old Friends | 22.3% |
Jungle Warfare | 21.7% |
The Baroness | 21.5% |
With Friends Like These | 19.5% |
See Your Own Demise | 19.0% |
The Mandalorian | 17.1% |
The Trooper | 16.1% |
The Padawan | 14.8% |
An End of the Infinite | 14.5% |
The Umbaran | 9.6% |
Class and Distinction | 8.0% |
Lost Causes | 7.8% |
Mate and Marrow | 5.5% |
Word Of Honor | 3.1% |
If You Know You Know | 2.4% |
The Baroness and the Boxer | 0.8% |
There Will Be No Bargain | 0.5% |
Heroes on Both Sides | 0.4% |
A cluster of the hidden names maps onto the authored roster: The Trooper for Trick, The Umbaran for Luco Bronc, The Prizefighter and The Baroness and the Boxer for Kabb Uppercut, The Baroness for Jae Mordant, The Mandalorian for Cly Kullervo, and The Padawan for Tel-Rea Vokoss. Luunata Reclaimed points at the world Jae lost to the Infinite Coil, and Fathom Revealed and An End of the Infinite sit at either end of the campaign against Kundri Fathom. The mapping is inference from the names rather than anything published, so it is a reading rather than a confirmed list of unlock conditions.
The unlock rates support part of that reading. Fathom Revealed sits at 69.4 percent, roughly two thirds of the way through the population, which fits a mid-campaign reveal rather than an ending. An End of the Infinite at 14.5 percent tracks almost exactly with Hired Gun at 14.4 percent, which is what an end-of-campaign marker should look like.
Systems the List Confirms
Because the visible conditions are published in full, the achievement list doubles as a confirmation of several systems described elsewhere on the wiki.
System | What the Achievement List Confirms |
|---|---|
Four named tiers: Story, Normal, Hard, and Expert, plus Beskar Mode as a separate single-save setting rather than a fifth tier | |
Focus Points | A per-character resource applied by the player, tracked by its own achievement |
Zone Rewards | A set of unlockable rewards with a definite total, since one achievement asks for all of them |
The Black Market | A purchasable storefront, confirmed as a distinct system |
Bond levels reach a tier named Very High, and bonds can form between custom Operators and between astromechs | |
Weapon Mods | Four modification slots per weapon |
Optional Missions | At least fifty exist across a campaign |
Roster Size | Twenty Operators recruitable in a single campaign |
Other Platforms
The 53-achievement figure is the PC number. As of September 2026 no first-party PlayStation or Xbox listing publishes a comparable trophy or achievement count, so whether the console versions match is unconfirmed.
