Trick is one of the story companions in STAR WARS Zero Company and the squad member with the longest history alongside Hawks. He is a clone trooper, designation CT-3301, voiced by Dee Bradley Baker, and a veteran who served with Hawks in the Republic military before the two ended up outside the regular army.

Background
Trick is a consummate soldier with a fondness for games of chance, and a dry wit that masks the weight he carries. He and Hawks share the memory of a disaster that shaped both of them, and that past makes him something like the company's conscience and right hand. Where other Operators join for money or revenge, Trick's loyalty is personal.
Role in the Squad
On the battlefield Trick fills the dependable soldier role, the kind of Operator who lays down cover fire and holds a position so flashier squadmates can do their work. His steadiness makes him a natural anchor for a squad of misfits who do not always trust one another.
In the Clone Wars
In Star Wars lore, clone troopers are bred for the Republic's army and rarely strike out on their own, which makes Trick's place in an unsanctioned outfit unusual. The game uses his background to ground Zero Company in the era's larger conflict while telling a smaller, more personal story. Details beyond what the game shows belong to the wider franchise.
Voice
Dee Bradley Baker voices Trick, and the same performance covers the Clone Troopers you can unlock later in the campaign, so the clones who join the company share his voice.
