Corrected the Beta timeline and refreshed the post-launch framing of the editions note
This page covers what is currently confirmed about purchasing SpaceCraft, which launched in Early Access on June 11, 2026 for PC.
SpaceCraft is a PC game sold through Steam. It is bought outright from its store page, with no separate client or launcher. Before release the game could be wishlisted there, which is how the developer directed players to follow it and be notified at launch. See Release Date and Platforms.
SpaceCraft launched in Early Access at a confirmed price of $29.99 USD. For the first 14 days after launch it carried a 10% launch discount that brought it to $26.99 USD; that launch discount has since ended, so the standard price is now $29.99 USD. Prices in other regions are set on the store page; the figures below are the announced launch prices in several currencies, with the discounted column showing the introductory 14-day price that applied at launch.
Region | Launch Price | With 14-Day Launch Discount |
|---|---|---|
United States (USD) | $29.99 | $26.99 |
Eurozone (EUR) | €29.99 | €26.99 |
United Kingdom (GBP) | £24.99 | £22.49 |
Canada (CAD) | CDN$38.99 | CDN$35.09 |
Australia (AUD) | A$43.95 | A$39.55 |
Poland (PLN) | 108,99 zł | 98,09 zł |
Russia (RUB) | 1199 руб. | 1079 руб. |
China (CNY) | ¥108.88 | ¥97.99 |
Because the game is in Early Access, the developer plans to raise the price gradually toward the full 1.0 release as more content is added, so the launch price is the lowest it is expected to be. See Early Access for how pricing changes over time.
No separate special, deluxe, or collector editions have been announced. If additional editions are confirmed during Early Access, they will be listed here.
To help fund ongoing development and server costs, SpaceCraft includes an in-game item shop that sells cosmetic items such as skins, decals, trails, and other customization options. These items are purely visual: the developer states they have no gameplay impact and give no advantage to players who acquire them.
At launch, every item shop cosmetic can be obtained through normal gameplay. Later during Early Access, the same cosmetics will also be purchasable with PXE, an optional premium currency that can be bought. PXE is described as entirely optional and limited to cosmetics.
In addition to the Beta, a single-player Demo was made available during a Steam Next Fest, and a Playtest could be requested from the Steam store page during the lead-up to launch. These let players try SpaceCraft before committing to the Early Access purchase. Both have since closed: the Playtest ended on June 9, 2026, and the Demo is no longer listed on the store.
Ahead of the Early Access launch a closed playtest ran from late October 2025, becoming a Beta build in early 2026. A major invitation wave went out on May 20, 2026, the game's original target date. See Early Access for how the Beta and Early Access fit together. Beta invitation waves went out on May 20 and June 8, 2026, and access was requested from the Steam store page. The final wave of Playtest invitations went out on June 8, 2026, and Playtest access was removed on June 9, 2026, ahead of the June 11 launch.
