Grimm is a playable character in Silver Palace introduced through an official character title page. His occupation is Journalist and his title is "Silver-Tongued Headliner". He is affiliated with S.T.A.T.S., the organisation whose premises on Morgue Street also serve as the Detective's agency and home.

Character

Grimm is described as a young journalist born into the lower levels of society, ambitious, with a mind as sharp as his tongue. His official profile calls him a chronicler of modern society who never hesitates to risk danger when opportunity knocks, and says that whether he is denouncing scandals or giving a voice to the sadly departed, he believes the truth is all-powerful and must be heard.

His quote sets out how he fights: "Undocumented truth is really flimsy. Direct confrontation is not my thing. I fight my battles elsewhere." That positions him as an investigator working through documentation and publication rather than force, which aligns him closely with the investigation system and with the Detective's own methods.

Name Note

The first closed beta included an investigation called the Case of Grimm's Death as part of its Chapter 1 content, covered in Monotype Beta. The playable character Grimm and that case share a name. No official material has yet stated how, or whether, the two are connected, so no relationship is asserted here.
