Softened the turret animation entry to what the patch notes say: dropped from the list when a related camera fault was fixed
The developers of SAND: Raiders of Sophie publish a known-issues list with every numbered update and keep a longer one on the publisher's support hub. This page reproduces the state of those lists as of September 10, 2026, the date of the tenth update and of the support hub's last revision. It is a dated snapshot: a fault listed here may already be fixed by the time you read it, and the lists change with each patch. For how updates have unfolded since launch, see Early Access and Servers and Online.
Issue | Workaround |
|---|---|
Trampler props spawn invisible or corrupted, and picked-up crates leave duplicate visuals behind | Delete the game's folder from the Hologryph key in the Windows registry, then relaunch |
Stuck in the clouds or on an infinite loading screen | Switch between characters and server regions |
The region picker shows too low a ping and auto-selects a distant region, or resets your choice on launch | Reselect your nearest region by hand every time you start the game |
Character stuck on rails, props, stairs, ramps or scaffolding | Jump and crouch; in some cases only respawning frees you. Improved in patch 0.9.4 |
Extraction interrupted by the Trampler itself | Call for extraction again |
Memory use climbs after re-entering the same expedition several times | Close the game to free the memory |
Broken animations on turrets or the steering wheel after an orbital strike under the Smuggler scheme | Take any tool or weapon in hand, or respawn. Dropped from the list on September 10, 2026, when a related camera fault under the same scheme was fixed |
The respawn-unavailable widget shows at the start of an expedition despite food and a bed | Visual only; respawning still works |
The developers group these as frequently reported or actively under investigation. They are listed as written, grouped loosely by where they bite.

Two items from the September 1, 2026 list did not survive to the tenth update: a brief freeze when closing the players list, which set in after it had been opened four or more times, was fixed on September 10, 2026, and the broken turret and steering-wheel animations after an orbital strike were dropped from the list the same day, when a camera fault with the same trigger under the Smuggler scheme was fixed. Everything else on the ninth update's list was carried forward unchanged, and the tenth added the note about Intel graphics processors.
Suspicious-activity kicks are a separate category, handled by an automated system the developers say they are still tuning. Lag spikes, a character flung by a Trampler collision, unusual ladder use and software that blocks the anti-cheat from starting can all trigger one, and being kicked a few times leads to a matchmaking cooldown of roughly an hour. Those rules, and the difference between a kick and a BattlEye ban, are on Servers and Online. Hardware-specific problems, including the Intel processor crash advisory, are on System Requirements.
