Overview

Mechanical Cube (机械方方) is a Mechanical-type spirit in Roco Kingdom: World with a dimension-shuffling species ability that randomizes skill order every turn. It is the base form of a three-stage line that ends in Cube Person (立方人). The line is notable for its Coco Fruit Plaza shiny capture chain and the April 17 to April 20 outbreak event.

Species Ability: Blind Pull

Blind Pull (盲拧) randomizes the skill order every turn. The skill in position 1 costs 1 energy, position 2 costs 2 energy, and so on. The trade-off between cheap and expensive skills flips randomly each turn, which rewards flexible skill loadouts and punishes rigid combo plays.

April 17-20 Outbreak

• Window: April 17, 2026 04:00 to April 20, 2026 04:00.

• Requirements: Magic Level 20 and Apprentice Magic Student rank.

• Boost: Mechanical Cube wild spawn density increased; chance at the shiny variant on each encounter.

• Companion merchant: Transformation Ball (变幻球) rotation at the Wandering Merchant at 3,000 Roco Shells each (capped at 200 per day) from April 17 to April 19, 2026. The Transformation Ball is the ideal capture tool for Mechanical spirits during the outbreak.

Shiny Capture Chain (Coco Fruit Plaza)

A four-day limited-time chain rewards a shiny Mechanical Cube. The chain starts at the Shop West Street entrance (商店西街入口) on Coco Fruit Plaza, accessed via the Moonlight Lake Shore teleport.

• Day 1 to 3: Collect 3 Starfrost Flowers, 7 Umbrella Mushrooms, and 1 Black Crystal Glass across the first three days of the event window.

• Day 4: Receive the merchant key, enter the Shop West Street side area, and defeat the corrupted Mechanical Cube encounter.

• On defeat, capture the shiny variant. A standard Gulu Ball can suffice, but a Prism Ball or King Ball is recommended for a guaranteed catch.

Gatekeeper Cube Person Daily Chain

A separate 5-day daily quest chain with the Gatekeeper Cube Person (门卫立方人) NPC on Coco Fruit Plaza rewards a shiny Mechanical Cube. The NPC sits near the Chloe quest area. This chain coexists with the 4-day Shop West Street chain above; clearing both within the same event window doubles the shiny rewards.
