Overview

Sparkling Skylands is the fourth and final story area in Pokemon Pokopia. Inspired by Celadon City, this elevated zone features platforms suspended high above the ground, the iconic Celadon Department Store, and the Game Corner. It is the last major area unlocked before the endgame and contains some of the rarest Pokemon and most challenging building projects.

Unlocking

Sparkling Skylands opens after the player completes the main story quests in all three previous areas (Withered Wasteland, Bleak Beach, and Rocky Ridges) and reaches the required Trainer Rank.

Notable Locations

• Celadon Department Store: A major building project. The Psychic Master Outfit Human Record is found nearby, referencing Sabrina and psychic-type trainers.

• Game Corner: Located on the furthest island. Contains the Team Rocket Outfit Human Record. The neon-lit building references the original Rocket Game Corner from Pokemon Red and Blue.

• Elevator repair area: The Black Belt Outfit Human Record is found near an elevator that needs repairing.

Legendary Encounter

Mewtwo appears in a story encounter atop the Celadon Department Store after completing a building project cutscene. Mewtwo can also be re-encountered on Ditto Dream Islands during the post-game.
