Magnemite is an Electric/Steel-type Pokemon in Pokemon Pokopia, classified as the Magnet Pokemon (Dex #027). Unlike most other Pokemon in the game, Magnemite is exclusively available in the post-game after completing the main story. It teaches Ditto the Magnet Rise transformation, widely considered the most powerful building tool in the game, and carries the Generate specialty for powering machines.
Magnemite lives in the Factory Storage habitat. The habitat requires four specific items:

The Factory Storage habitat can be placed anywhere in Withered Wasteland once all materials are gathered.
Magnemite only becomes available after the credits roll. When you reload your save after finishing the main story, Ditto returns to the location where the mysterious tower stood earlier in the game. A Magnemite can now be found in a hole beneath the former tower location. It requests you build a Factory Storage habitat before it will teach you Magnet Rise.

Build the Factory Storage habitat and invite Magnemite.
Speak to Magnemite to learn the Magnet Rise transformation.
Magnemite teaches Ditto the Magnet Rise transformation. This move transforms Ditto into Magnemite's form, granting free flight in all directions. While using Magnet Rise, you can hover anywhere and place blocks, furniture, and decorations with far greater precision than on the ground. You can also absorb materials that are inaccessible in normal form.
Magnet Rise has been described as a hidden "god mode" for building. It removes the constraints of gravity and ground-level placement, making large-scale construction projects dramatically faster and easier.
Magnemite has the Generate specialty. Pokemon with this specialty will power nearby machines during their free time. Place Magnemite near unpowered devices, lights, or mechanical objects, and it will supply electricity to keep them running. Generate is also required as a cooking prerequisite for the Electrifying Soup recipe.
