Overview

Excadrill is a Ground/Steel-type Pokemon in Pokemon Pokopia, classified as the Subterrene Pokemon (Dex #064). Excadrill is found at the Fresh Veggie Field habitat in Withered Wasteland. It carries the Search and Chop specialties, making it both a buried-item finder and a lumber processor. In the main series, Excadrill is the evolution of Drilbur, though there is no evolution mechanic in Pokopia.

Habitat

Excadrill lives in the Fresh Veggie Field habitat (#015). This habitat requires the following items to construct:

Excadrill shares the Fresh Veggie Field with Drilbur and Rowlet. While both Drilbur and Rowlet are Common visitors, Excadrill is Rare. This habitat requires eight Vegetable Field plots, so make sure you have enough farming infrastructure before building it.

Location

Excadrill appears in Withered Wasteland, the starting region. Place eight Vegetable Field plots near each other to create the Fresh Veggie Field habitat. Excadrill can appear at any time of day and in any weather condition.

How to Befriend

Build the Fresh Veggie Field habitat by placing eight Vegetable Field plots near each other. After a short wait, the habitat will activate. Excadrill is a Rare visitor, so you will likely see many Drilbur and Rowlet before one appears. Walk up and interact with Excadrill to befriend it.

Specialties

Search

Excadrill has the Search specialty. Pokemon with the Search specialty can help the player find buried items. This is fitting for Excadrill, given its drill-shaped claws and head designed for burrowing through the earth. Use Excadrill's Search to uncover hidden resources and treasures buried underground.

Chop

Excadrill also has the Chop specialty. Pokemon with the Chop specialty can process 5 small logs into 1 lumber. Lumber is a key building material throughout the game, making Excadrill a valuable helper for construction projects.
