Dusclops is the middle stage in a three-stage evolution line. In the main Pokemon series, Duskull evolves into Dusclops at level 37, and Dusclops evolves into Dusknoir when traded while holding a Reaper Cloth. In Pokopia, there is no evolution mechanic, so each member must be found at its own habitat independently. While Duskull is found at the Pink Tall Grass (#137) habitat, both Dusclops and Dusknoir share the Trash Site TV (#153) habitat.
Dusclops shares the Trash Site TV habitat with Dusknoir. Both are Rare visitors, so building one habitat gives you a chance at two Ghost-type Pokemon.
The Trash Site TV habitat only needs two Garbage Bags and one Television, making it inexpensive to build.
