Dratini is a Dragon-type Pokemon in Pokemon Pokopia, classified as the Dragon Pokemon (Dex #221). It is called the Mirage Pokemon because so few have seen it, but its shed skin has been found. Dratini is the first stage of the iconic Dragon evolution line, eventually growing into Dragonair and Dragonite. It carries the Water specialty, which allows it to water plants and fill water-related features around your island.
Dratini can be found at two habitats.

Dratini is a Common visitor at the Hydrated Fluffy Flower Bed. It is available during all times of day (Morning, Day, Evening, Night) and in all weather conditions (Sunny, Cloudy, Rainy). This habitat also attracts Poliwhirl (Rare) and Dragonair (Very Rare).

Dratini is a Common visitor at the Simple Bathroom. It is available during all times of day and in all weather conditions. This habitat also attracts Dragonair (Rare).
Both of Dratini's habitats are relatively straightforward to build. The Simple Bathroom only requires a Shower and a Bathtub, making it the simpler option. The Hydrated Fluffy Flower Bed requires four Skyland Flowers and two Water features. Since Dratini is Common at both habitats, it should appear frequently. Walk up and interact with it to befriend it.
Dratini has the Water specialty. Pokemon with the Water specialty can water plants, fill water containers, and tend to water-related features around your island. This is essential for maintaining gardens and keeping crops hydrated for food production.

Dratini is the first stage of a three-member evolution family. In the main Pokemon series, Dratini evolves into Dragonair (Dex #222) at level 30, and Dragonair evolves into Dragonite (Dex #223) at level 55. In Pokopia, there is no evolution mechanic, so each member must be found at its own habitat. Both Dratini and Dragonair share the Hydrated Fluffy Flower Bed and Simple Bathroom habitats, though Dragonair is rarer at both. Dragonite is found at the Waterside Dinghy habitat.
The Simple Bathroom is the easier habitat to build early on since it only requires a Shower and a Bathtub, both of which are basic bathroom items.
If you want both Dratini and Dragonair, the Simple Bathroom is a good choice since both appear there. Dragonair is Rare at the Simple Bathroom compared to Very Rare at the Hydrated Fluffy Flower Bed.
