Overview

Conkeldurr is a Fighting-type Pokemon in Pokemon Pokopia, classified as the Muscular Pokemon (Dex #067). Conkeldurr is found at the Construction-site Generator habitat in Sparkling Skylands. It carries both the Build and Crush specialties, making it one of the most important Pokemon for construction. Conkeldurr's Crush specialty allows it to process Limestone into Concrete at the Concrete Mixer (1 Limestone = 4 Concrete), which is essential for the massive Concrete requirements in the Rebuild the Huge Building quest. In the main series, Conkeldurr is the final evolution of Timburr (via Gurdurr), though there is no evolution mechanic in Pokopia.

Conkeldurr is the only confirmed Pokemon at the Construction-site Generator habitat. It is a Common visitor, so building this habitat guarantees a relatively quick encounter. The habitat requires industrial furniture pieces that become available in Sparkling Skylands.

Location

Conkeldurr appears in Sparkling Skylands, one of the later regions in the game. The Construction-site Generator habitat requires a Furnace, Iron Scaffolds, and Iron Pipes, all of which are available after progressing to this region. Conkeldurr can appear at any time of day and in any weather condition.

How to Befriend

Build the Construction-site Generator habitat by placing one Furnace, two Iron Scaffolds, and one Iron Pipes near each other in Sparkling Skylands. After a short wait, the habitat will activate. Conkeldurr is a Common visitor, so it should appear quickly. Walk up and interact with Conkeldurr to befriend it.

Specialties

Build

Conkeldurr has the Build specialty. Pokemon with the Build specialty will lead building projects, helping construct structures more efficiently. This makes Conkeldurr a direct upgrade from Timburr and Gurdurr for construction needs, since it also brings the Crush specialty.

Crush

Conkeldurr also has the Crush specialty. Pokemon with the Crush specialty can mash materials into different things. For Conkeldurr specifically, this means processing Limestone into Concrete at the Concrete Mixer (1 Limestone = 4 Concrete). Concrete is needed in enormous quantities for the Rebuild the Huge Building quest, making Conkeldurr's Crush specialty essential for late-game progression.
