Construct a Hydrated Tall Grass habitat near Meowth's residence. Repair the canal in the area and place Leafage around its perimeter. Water any dried vegetation with Water Gun. Once the habitat is established, Piplup appears and moves in.
Accompany Piplup to the muddy patches near Meowth's shack. Piplup bubbles up the mud, loosening it for cleaning.
Use Water Gun on each mud patch to wash it away. Clean all the muddy spots completely. While cleaning, look for and collect Seaglass Fragments in the area, which are needed for the Pokemon Center reconstruction.
Piplup: Piplup permanently joins your area and assists with water-related tasks.
Water Gun is essential for the cleaning process. Make sure you have enough PP before starting the mud removal.
Collect all Seaglass Fragments you find during cleanup. These are needed for the Pokemon Center rebuild and can be hard to find in large quantities.
