The Aberrant Three-Faced Puppet is an optional rift boss in Weeping Creek Valley in Phantom Blade Zero. Entering the rift near The Lady's Rift Bell registers the Triple Threat Tale.

Preparation
The fight can be reached early but is demanding. Equipment around level 15 is a recommended preparation target, not a requirement for entering the rift. Sha-Chi recovery medicine can help when draining attacks lead into further hits.

Around half health, the boss adds a dangerous sequence with quick and delayed slashes, a Sha-Chi-draining hit and a final overhead attack. When the rushing sequence ends in a jump, prepare to dodge the finishing Killer Move rather than continuing to block.
Reward
Defeating the puppet awards the Three-Headed Doll and completes the boss objective of Triple Threat.
