Created a new page covering the Oni Agility ability and its use in exploration and combat
Oni Agility is one of the Oni abilities Musashi gradually awakens through the Oni Gauntlet, alongside Oni Vision and Oni Strength. Capcom describes it as a power that "imbues one's legs with explosive potential to open up new paths."
Capcom frames all of Musashi's Oni abilities the same way: powers he "will gradually awaken" over the course of the game, each one useful for both combat and exploration rather than being confined to one or the other. Oni Vision reveals what is hidden from human eyes, Oni Strength lets his arms overpower enemy defenses, and Oni Agility does the equivalent for his legs, turning ordinary movement into something capable of scaling terrain a normal person could not.
Oni Agility grants Musashi acrobatic feats such as running along certain walls, opening routes through Edo-Era Kyoto that would otherwise be closed off. Like the other Oni abilities, it serves double duty: the same explosive movement that carries Musashi past environmental obstacles also has a place in Combat System encounters, letting him close distance or reposition quickly.
Wall running is the ability's signature use, letting Musashi reach ledges, side paths, and vantage points that are inaccessible on foot. In practice, misjudging a wall-to-wall jump does not punish the player harshly: Musashi simply reappears nearby rather than taking a fall or losing progress, which keeps the ability approachable for exploration even before a player has fully mastered its timing.
Capcom describes Oni Agility as aiding "both battle and exploration," without singling out a specific technique the way it does for a parry or a deflect. In practice it reads as a mobility option layered on top of the core Combat System, letting Musashi close ground or reposition with the same explosive movement used to reach hard-to-access ledges, rather than a standalone attack of its own.
Oni Agility is worth testing against dead ends and unusually tall walls while exploring; if an area looks like it should connect to somewhere but has no obvious route, a wall run is often the intended path. It pairs naturally with Oni Vision during puzzle solving, since Oni Vision can reveal a hidden route while Oni Agility is what actually gets Musashi there. As with the other Oni powers, it becomes available as Musashi's story with the Oni Gauntlet progresses rather than from the very start of the game.
