Overview
Riftcrystal is the top-tier real-money premium currency of Neverness to Everness. It is purchased exclusively through the in-game store and cannot be earned through gameplay. Riftcrystal converts to Annulith at a 1:1 ratio, making the two currencies functionally interchangeable for gacha use. Riftcrystal's distinct purpose is the cosmetic shop: outfits, premium gliders, and certain limited-time bundles are priced in Riftcrystal directly and cannot be paid for with Annulith.
Because Riftcrystal converts to Annulith but Annulith does not convert back to Riftcrystal, the currency design encourages players who plan to buy cosmetics to keep their top-up balance as Riftcrystal until they decide what to spend it on. Converting Riftcrystal to Annulith too early locks the player out of the cosmetic shop unless they top up again.

Outfit Pricing in Riftcrystal
Cosmetic outfits in Version 1.0 follow a consistent pricing pattern:
Outfit | Character | Launch Discount | Standard Price |
|---|---|---|---|
1,680 Riftcrystals | 2,480 Riftcrystals | ||
1,680 Riftcrystals | 2,480 Riftcrystals |
Top-Up Tiers
Riftcrystal is sold in fixed top-up tiers through the in-game store on each platform (PC launcher, PlayStation Store, Apple App Store, Google Play, and Mac App Store). The exact regional pricing varies by storefront and currency, with most regions offering bonus Riftcrystal on the first purchase of each top-up tier per account.
Players are advised to compare cumulative top-up cost against the cosmetic and gacha targets they want before buying. Riftcrystal is the primary monetization sink in Neverness to Everness; spending efficiency depends on whether the player prioritizes character pulls, cosmetics, or both.
Tips
Keep purchased Riftcrystal as Riftcrystal until you decide whether to spend on cosmetics or gacha. Once converted to Annulith, the conversion cannot be reversed and the cosmetic shop becomes inaccessible without another top-up.
Buy outfits during the launch discount window if you plan to use them. The 1,680 Riftcrystal price is roughly a third cheaper than the standard 2,480 figure.
Free-to-play players cannot buy outfits without spending money. The cosmetic milestone counter on limited banners (200 pulls) is the only free path to a launch outfit; outside of that, all cosmetic outfits require Riftcrystal.
First-time top-up bonuses double the Riftcrystal yield on each tier. Plan top-ups around the discount tiers for best value if you intend to spend money on the game.
