999 Nights is a limited-time event and the headline content of Neverness to Everness Version 1.2, which shares its name. It runs from July 8 to August 19, 2026 (05:59 UTC+8) and is set on the Warren Continent, the new region introduced in the same update. The event pairs a story-driven activity with a companion mini-game.
The 999 Nights limited-time event tasks Appraisers with assembling a party and taking on challenges across the Warren Continent. Taking part during the event window earns rewards including Annulith, Fabricated Dice, Fons, Floe Cinema Tickets, Elite Hunter Guides, and Chaotic Dye.
The companion 999 Nights mini-game awards an event currency called Mystery Buttons. Mystery Buttons are spent at the Button Shop, whose rewards include the outfit "Normie Heroine" for Shinku along with other event items.
The event unlocks alongside Version 1.2. Reaching the Warren Continent requires progressing the new main story episode "Fighting with a Dragon", which itself requires clearing the earlier "Dreamwalk Corridor" episode and reaching Hunter Level 26.
999 Nights is the banner name for the whole Version 1.2 content window, and several companion events run alongside the headline activity. All windows below close at 05:59 (UTC+8) on their end date unless a server time is given.

Neon Rift is the Version 1.2 mystery box event. Boxes are opened with Fons or Annulith, and each successive box costs more than the last. There are 15 boxes in total, and clearing all 15 unlocks every reward in the pool, so the event is a fixed-cost collection rather than a gamble.
The pool holds the limited vehicle "Draco", two exclusive Esper Zero outfit colors for "Glory Days" ("Starfall" and "Braveheart") alongside the "Glory Days" outfit itself, Fabricated Dice x10, A Handwritten Letter, Fons x100,000, and the "Ember Trail" avatar frame.
Shadow-n-Seek opens a little later than the rest of the version, on July 17 at 10:00 (UTC+8), and runs to the same August 19 close. Taking part earns the event currency Paper Cup Phone, which is redeemed at the Shadebound Shop for the "Gotcha!" avatar frame, Annulith, Floe Cinema Tickets, Fons, and other items.
Mystery Buttons from the 999 Nights mini-game are spent in the Button Shop. The confirmed catalogue is unusually broad for an event shop and covers three characters:
Shinku: the outfit "Normie Heroine".
Esper Zero: the outfits "Unassuming Warrior" and "The Blademaster", the "The Blademaster" colors Ocher, Morningstar and Verdant, and the "Unassuming Warrior" dye orb set.
Mint: the outfits "Wild as the Wind", "Sylvan Hunter" and "Aurora Flame", the "Sylvan Hunter" colors Ridge, Lilac and Bloomwhisper, the "Aurora Flame" colors Shadeleaf and Dreammere, and the "Wild as the Wind" dye orb set.
Profile items: the title "Dawn Warrior", the namecard "Forever Fuzzy", the avatar "Poet's Epilogue", and the avatar frame "Moonlit Dragon".
Plus Annulith, Floe Cinema Tickets and Fons.
Creating a character at any point before Version 1.2 ends grants an S-Class Standard Character Selection Box, redeemable for one of Sakiri, Baicang, Hathor, Fadia, Daffodill or Jiuyuan. A separate appreciation gift of Annulith x1,600 went to every Appraiser who created a character and unlocked the Mail feature within the version window, and the July 8 maintenance itself paid Annulith x300 plus a further Annulith x300 in bug-fix compensation.
