March 6, 2026 at 05:30 AM
Expanded with Pink Paws Heist co-op, shared activities, and world invite system
Co-op mode in Neverness to Everness allows players to team up with friends for cooperative gameplay across multiple activities. Players can invite friends to their world, where they can explore Hethereau together, tackle challenging content, and participate in shared social activities.
Activity | Description |
|---|---|
Pink Paws Heist | Team-based large-scale dungeon where players infiltrate, steal resources, and extract safely. Supports co-op with better pacing and adjusted enemy logic. See Pink Paws Heist for details. |
Anomaly Dungeons | Large-scale cooperative encounters like The Bank and The Hospital that require teamwork to navigate and complete. |
Street Racing | Multiplayer racing lobbies where players compete on urban circuits. |
Mahjong | Online Mahjong sessions with four players. |
World Exploration | Invited friends can explore the host's world, fight anomalies, and participate in activities together. |
The Pink Paws Heist received major co-op enhancements for launch. The heist is designed around cooperative teamwork, with equalized character stats. All characters used in the heist have fixed stats regardless of the player's actual progression level, meaning even level-one, unbuilt characters can participate. This ensures fair teamplay and encourages experimentation with different team compositions.
Invite friends directly through the in-game friend list.
Friends appear in the host player's world and can participate in available co-op activities.
Co-op matchmaking is also available for activities like Mahjong and racing for players without a pre-formed group.
NTE supports full cross-platform play across PC, PlayStation 5, Mac, iOS, and Android. Players on any platform can team up with friends on any other platform for all co-op activities.
The Pink Paws Heist's equalized stats make it a great co-op activity even when teammates have different progression levels.
Anomaly Dungeons are the most challenging co-op content and benefit from coordinated team building and communication.
Racing co-op is available through multiplayer lobbies; no direct invite needed.
