Added the Seer's Strategy Server skill Puppet Strings with its tier effects, and the Y1S1.2 changes to Card Throwing Knife and Air Bullet

Talent names corrected to 命运 (Fate) and 灵性 (Spirituality) per the official Seer guide revised 2026-08-27, with the evidence stated: identical skill lists and identical bracket rows make this a naming correction, not a re-mapping, and 灵性 was already in use in a player-authored guide hosted on the official site on 2026-08-20. 诡术 is not carried as an alternative because it has no attestation anywhere. Also refreshes sealed artifacts (公证书, 绿华, 深红月冕, 丧钟, 月亮纸人, 无瞳的将军), notes the 空气子弹/空气弹 spelling, and corrects the false single-GvG-talent uniqueness claim.

Rewrote for the live build: replaced Crimson Test framing with launch status, added the Trickery and Miracle talents, the eight named skills, PvE and PvP build tables including the single-talent GvG recommendation, the physical scaling group, and the class tagline.
