Multiplayer and PvP

Added an Online Features section covering confirmed online co-op, online PvP, in-game chat, online interactivity and Family Sharing
Last Harbor is a persistent, online multiplayer game that can be played either solo or with a group of friends. Survivors share the same world, and much of the experience is shaped by how they treat one another. The same sea that hides you from the undead also fills with other people, some of them friendly, some of them not.
Survival is hard alone, and the game encourages players to make allies. Crews can team up to take on tougher challenges, pool resources, and watch one another's boats. Forming bonds with other survivors is presented as one of the surest ways to last.
Not everyone is a friend. Other players may try to take your hard-earned loot, and an unmanned boat left at anchor is a tempting target for looters. Open conflict is dangerous, though: as covered in Combat and the Undead, gunfire draws the undead, so a fight can endanger everyone nearby. That risk keeps raw aggression in check.
The world includes safe harbors where guards keep the peace and people are protected. These hubs are where survivors socialize, regroup, and rent anchorage to keep a boat secure while its owner is away. The game includes in-game chat, so those meetings play out as direct conversation between players. The world also features dynamic weather that affects life on the water. Exact player counts and server sizes have not been announced.
What the store listing confirms about online play is narrow but firm. The game is listed as multiplayer with both online co-op and online PvP, and in-game chat and online interactivity are flagged as interactive elements, which is the same behavior Indonesia's ratings board cites in its online interaction descriptor; the full set of marks is covered in Age Ratings. The listing also marks the game as eligible for Family Sharing, so a purchased copy can be shared with other accounts in the same family group.
