In the Honor of Kings MOBA, he is a marksman hero wielding dual pistols, and his inclusion alongside Chinese historical and mythological figures represents the franchise's occasional use of non-Chinese historical characters.

Historical Background

The historical Marco Polo (1254 to 1324) was a Venetian merchant and explorer who traveled along the Silk Road to the court of Kublai Khan during the Yuan Dynasty. His written account of his travels, The Travels of Marco Polo, became one of the most influential travel narratives in medieval European literature and is often cited as a founding document of European knowledge about East Asia. Honor of Kings depicts him in a fantasy reinterpretation with dual pistols, which is anachronistic but fits the franchise's stylized approach to character design.

In the MOBA, Marco Polo is a mobile ranged damage dealer whose kit revolves around rapid fire and evasive rolls. If he is added to Honor of Kings: World in a future season, his kit could fit the 强攻 (Offensive) role alongside other ranged Resonances.
