Bountiful Cloud Festival (丰云庆典, Fēngyún Qìngdiǎn) is one of the three major sub-events of the Hello World launch umbrella in Honor of Kings: World. It offers region-exploration rewards in the Fengyunye (丰云野) agricultural region, which is part of the Dreamweave Plains macro-region.
The festival frames Fengyunye as a seasonal harvest celebration. Players complete region-exploration tasks (discovery, collection, combat) to earn festival-exclusive rewards. The event's agricultural theme ties it to Honor of Kings: World's farming system, with crop-planting and farm-festival activities woven into the questline.

The festival pairs with Jixia Selections (稷下精选) as the two major regional exploration events. Both share a discovery-based gameplay loop but are set in different regions, and players can run both in parallel during the launch window.
Fengyunye is the agricultural region inside the Dreamweave Plains macro-area and the home of the launch farming system. The festival drapes the region in harvest decorations and adds time-limited NPCs who hand out region-exploration tasks. Activities include crop checks, festival vendor errands, light combat to clear infestations, and discovery of new hidden vignettes scattered across the fields.
