11Lazy Bear Games has published seven posts about Graveyard Keeper 2 on the game's community hub since the reveal, plus the reveal announcement itself. They are the densest source of confirmed information about the sequel, and most of what this wiki records about its systems comes from them. This page indexes them and points at where each one's material is written up.2233The Posts4455DateTitleWhat it established9 April 2026Announcing Graveyard Keeper 2The reveal. The 18 September combat log is the most recent as of 21 September 2026, the day before release. Posts arrived faster in the final month: the release-date announcement, the story log, the demo announcement and the combat log all landed within four weeks.19202021How This Wiki Uses Them21222223Developer log material is treated as first-party and confirmed. Where a log describes something about the original game in order to contrast it with the sequel, that contrast is recorded as the studio's own framing. The original game's own mechanics, recipes, item stats and quest content are not carried into these pages: the sequel has already inverted one of the first game's headline goals and removed one of its signature items, so nothing from the earlier game is assumed to hold here without the studio saying so.
