11 Urvis Ael is the opening setting of Eternal Anima and the home of its protagonist. It is a chalk-white city that floats in the sky, isolated from the outside world, ruled for a thousand years by a single monarch, and governed by one principle: nothing may change. The Japanese materials call it 偽りの楽園, the false paradise.

56 The Japanese name is 白の都, which reads as the White Capital; the Traditional Chinese materials write it 白都. The English name Urvis Ael is confirmed official, used in the publisher's English synopsis, which calls it the kingdom of Urvis Ael and the floating kingdom. It is one of the few English proper nouns in this setting that is genuinely settled rather than taken from a site slug, as World and Setting explains.

78 A City in the Sky
89
910 The published description is of a chalk-white city floating in the sky, cut off from the world below. The English framing puts the isolation in context: in a world without land, consumed by an endless sea, the city is said to stand as the last bastion of civilisation. That framing is the publisher's, and it is the strongest published statement about how much of the old world is left.

1112 Nothing published explains how the city stays aloft, how large it is, how many people live there, when it was founded, or whether it has any contact with the settlements below. Those are all open as of 15 September 2026.

1314 The Law Against Progress
1415
1516 The city's governing tenet is that living days without change is right. On that basis, any word or deed leading to evolution or development is treated as a serious crime. The English copy renders the same rule as one unbreakable law against progress of any kind, and the story summary puts it at its sharpest: hoping for a better future is a capital offence.
1617
1718 The published account does not present this as a dead letter. The people of the city are described as going on enjoying an unchanging peace, which is the point of the phrase false paradise: the order holds, and it holds by consent as much as by enforcement.

1920 Who Enforces It
2021
2122 Order is kept by Revision (リビジオン), the peacekeeping organisation whose ranks include the protagonist Wade as one of its aces, and Vallis as captain of its South District. Vallis is described as prizing the city's order above all else and holding a near-fanatical devotion to its ruler.

2324 Who Rules It
2425
2526 The Almighty (神王) is the absolute king who governs the city. He is credited with rare charisma and intellect, is worshipped by his people, is said to have lived one thousand years, and is one of the very few who know of the lost continents and their history. His stated reason for forbidding progress is that it is folly that breeds tragedy, and the result is a city held in an eternally unchanging today.

2728 Why It Is Not One of the Four Lost Continents
2829
2930 The story copy says the protagonist travels the past and the present of four lost continents. The official world navigation separately shows five region slots, of which Urvis Ael is the first. No official text maps those two lists onto each other, and Urvis Ael's own description is of a city that floats in the sky, not a continent. It should never be described as one of the four lost continents. The same caution applies to Port Azurea and Ambulis.

3637 Wade's awakening of the Psychometry ability, covered in Psychometry and Anima, is what makes him doubt the paradise the Almighty built. He is branded a heretic, hunted, and throws himself into The Forbidden Sea in search of an unknown world. Official copy does not say who carries out the hunt, or whether he is formally expelled from Revision.

4041 As of 15 September 2026 there is no published population, size, layout or founding date, no explanation of how the city floats, no account of what happens to those convicted under its law, and no era label attached to it or its cast. Nothing states whether the city can be revisited after the protagonist leaves.
