11The world of Eldras is dotted with kingdoms, capitals, and a demonic domain, all connected through a shared open world. This page lists the confirmed cities and locations of Drakantos. The two biggest cities are Kasteron, the human capital, and Ereluna, the elven kingdom. For the higher-level world and lore overview, see Setting and World.223344Locations at a Glance5566LocationTypeDetailsKasteronHuman capital cityOne of the two biggest cities; home to the Akamond Academy mage school, a church, the Adventurer's Guild, and an Aquarium used for fishingErelunaElven kingdom cityThe other of the two biggest cities; features a Throne Room and Palace and a Druid TempleGarmorliDwarven kingdomThe dwarven home, with mines, structures, and a palaceFairdaleStarting villageThe shared starting village in the open world; every hero arrives here after a unique prologueThe ColiseumArenaA large arena in the Human Empire used for survival challenges, with arena duels plannedHell domainDemonic realmHome of demonic enemies and the Hellgates extraction modeDeridContinent or regionThe lands and villages the Adventurer's Guild serves; likely a continent or region within Eldras (relationship not stated)Calen WoodsForestA woodland tied to the hero Faendar, whose full potential he is said to have unlocked so the forest itself fights for himRyujinDistant landA faraway land named as the homeland of the assassin Yura; its place on the map has not been describedCultists' DomainMission environmentA purpose-built environment for cultist encounters, shown in a 2024 gameplay videoThe MuseumCity locationOne of several locations added during the 2026 art passThe Golden LilyCity locationAdded in the same pass; its role has not been describedThe SewersUnderground areaAdded in the same pass alongside new ship environments77Kasteron8899Kasteron is the capital of the Human Empire and one of the two biggest cities in the game. It is the hub of the human kingdom and packs in many of Drakantos's most important buildings. Within the city you will find the Akamond Academy, a mage school also referred to as a Mage Tower, along with a church and a branch of the Adventurer's Guild where you pick up missions.10101111Kasteron is also where the Aquarium sits. The Aquarium fills with the fish you catch, and completing it unlocks exclusive rewards, tying the city into the Lifestyle and Economy systems. The wider Human Empire holds the Coliseum, a large arena built for survival modes, with arena duels planned.12121313Ereluna14141515Ereluna is the city of the Elven Kingdom and the other of the two biggest cities alongside Kasteron. It is built with the lush, green character of the elves and includes a Throne Room and Palace at its heart, as well as a Druid Temple. Ereluna is the home region of the elven Archdruid hero Faendar, whose backstory ties him to the kingdom.161617171818Garmorli19192020Garmorli is the Dwarven Kingdom, a realm of mines, sturdy stone structures, houses, and a palace. It is the home of the dwarven Engineer hero Orbryn. Garmorli rounds out the trio of major kingdoms alongside the human and elven capitals.21212222Fairdale23232424Fairdale is the shared starting village in the open world. Every player passes through Fairdale after completing their chosen hero's unique prologue, which means new adventurers all converge on the same place no matter who they picked. The studio designed it this way so friends can meet up and play together from the very beginning instead of starting in different regions.25252626The Hell Domain27272828The Hell domain is the demonic realm of Eldras, populated by demonic enemies. It is the setting for the Hellgates, an extraction-style mode where players push into demon-infested grounds to gather loot and choose when to extract. The demonic foes found here are covered in more detail on the Bosses and Enemies page.29293030Derid31313232Derid is the name devlogs use for the various lands and villages that the Adventurer's Guild serves. It is most likely a continent or region within Eldras, though the developers have not stated the precise relationship between the world of Eldras and Derid. Wherever Derid appears, treat it as part of the same broad setting rather than a separate world.33333434Cities at Night35353636Cities react to the world's day and night cycle. Lights from houses, street lamps, and other sources switch on as evening falls, so a capital looks noticeably different depending on when you pass through it.37373838Newer and Named-Only Places39394040Several places are confirmed by name without much description attached. The Calen Woods belong to the hero Faendar's story, and Ryujin is named as the land the assassin Yura comes from, though neither has been placed on a map of Eldras. The Cultists' Domain is an environment built for cultist encounters and was the setting of a 2024 gameplay video.41414242A 2026 art pass rebuilt a large number of placeholder assets, most visibly waterfalls and the mountains in every biome, and added new locations at the same time: ships, the Museum, the Golden Lily, and the Sewers. What these are used for has not been explained, so they are listed here as confirmed places rather than described areas.
