The DragonSword: Awakening demo ran from June 5 to July 7, 2026, taking in Steam Next Fest and a Most Played selection along the way. It was Hound13's main pre-launch showcase for the combat, the Hero roster, and the rebuilt buy-to-play package, and it is now closed.
