She stands on the path between Coen's house and Laslea Centre with Mirto and Lunka, and talking to her starts an optional prologue quest called Live Bait, in which Coen walks the three of them down to the river to fish. The rods are stashed under a bush a short way northwest of where she waits, and Coen sets them in four spots along the bank.
