Investigating the farm
Accept the medicine delivery and travel to the farm south of the city. Use Focus Mode to inspect the bodies and clues around the property. Inside the farmhouse, Compel Soul can be used with the Wedding Headband and Farmer's Sword as catalysts.
Follow the blood trail south to the missing body. Defeat the two wolves guarding it, inspect the corpse and read A Warning from Simeon. The warning provides information needed to continue Vicho's storyline in A Study in Crimson.
Reporting back
Return to the Medic during the day and report what happened to complete the delivery investigation. The conversation with Vicho is a follow-up to the discovery, rather than a substitute for reporting to the Medic.
