Added quest route, choices and rewards
On the Run is a missable daytime quest in Laslea Centre. Iorgu asks Coen to recover a pig that has escaped its pen. The search leads through Kuno's camp before Coen decides whether to help slaughter the animal or buy it.
Detail | Requirement |
|---|---|
Start | Speak with Iorgu outside his Laslea Centre home during the day. |
Listed time cost | 1 segment, spent catching the pig. |
Starting clue | Hoofprints near the bridge. Use Focus Mode to follow them. |
Follow the tracks to Kuno's campsite. The confrontation there sends the pig running into the woods. Chase it until it enters an enclosure, then interact to catch it. The capture returns Coen to Iorgu.
Choice | Outcome |
|---|---|
Help with the slaughter | 250 XP, 50 Denarii and 4 Sausages. Accept the offered meat if you want the food reward. |
Refuse to slaughter it | Iorgu does the slaughter himself. Coen gives up the additional reward dialogue. |
Buy the pig | Pay 100 Denarii to save it. Iorgu says he will bring it to Coen's home. |
The slaughter sequence offers several chances to change your mind. Taking or refusing the drink before it does not decide the outcome; backing out of the slaughter ends the extra dialogue. Consider the 100 Denarii purchase before spending money elsewhere if saving the pig is your priority.
