17+Anca's book investigation is one lead to this quest. An independent route begins at the well in the courtyard north of Svartrau Cathedral at night. Inspect the boards, drop down and crouch through the opening into the cave. Focus Mode highlights the dead body and pouch beside it; inspect them for the Thief's Note. Night Terrors completes for 75 XP after one segment and starts A Monk and a Saint immediately.
