A Bulwark Against Darkness turns four unusual components into the Arbiter armor set. Nareh first forges an Epic set, then a combat ritual unlocks its Legendary form.

Moult of a Large Lizard | Travel east from Muddy Trail Shrine to the hidden cavern. Follow it to the rear and collect the moult from the ground, clearing Tatzelwurms as needed. |
Flask of Quicksilver | Finish Home Sweet Home to enter Aurelius's experiment room at the top of his tower. The door interaction costs four segments; the flask is on a table. |
Bundle of Silk Threads | Finish Come Hither and loot the threads near the defeated Murohn. Alternatively, after Pearly and Precious the Sanzhani merchant sells a bundle for 5,000 Denarii. |
Relic of a Saint | Saint's Tibia is on a corpse beneath a ladder on the convent's western side. Relics of St. Dasius, St. Tyna or St. Tobias also satisfy the component requirement. |
Forge the set | Take the components to Nareh at the Uriash Hermitage in northwestern Briar Sloughs. They can be handed over separately or together. Forging costs two segments. |
Complete the ritual | Hand the Epic set back to Nareh. Defeat the wolves and bear that appear during the three-segment ritual. |
Collect the components in any order. Carry another combat outfit to the ritual: Nareh takes the Epic Arbiter set for the ceremony, so wearing it beforehand can leave Coen without armor during the fight.
