Refinement and Upgrades

The Ziggurat Cloth Helm can be upgraded through the Refining System at the blacksmith in Hernand. Up to 10 refinement levels are available, each increasing the piece's base stats. Cloth headgear refinement requires fabric materials such as Cloth Pieces and Fleece.
