The Witch's Earring is an Earring accessory in Crimson Desert. It provides +2 Defense, Movement Speed Lv.1, and passive Health Regeneration of +0.2 per second. Its stat profile is identical to the Ancient Earring, giving players a second option for this well-rounded combination of defensive and utility bonuses.
The earring is infused with the condensed energy of a powerful witch, fitting thematically with the Witches of Pywel lore. Players can equip up to two earrings at once, and pairing the Witch's Earring with the Ancient Earring provides both earring slots with Defense, Movement Speed, and Health Regeneration.

The stats are identical to the Ancient Earring. Both provide +2 Defense with Movement Speed and Health Regeneration. At +2 Defense, these earrings match the Oath of Darkness in raw defense while adding two extra utility effects.
The Witch's Earring is found inside the Southern Court Strongbox in the Demeniss region. The strongbox uses a button-press puzzle. As with other strongbox rewards, a Mask that allows criminal behavior must be equipped to collect the earring after solving the puzzle.
When the Witch's Earring is fully leveled to +10 refinement, it provides 6 Defense and +4 Movement Speed. These maxed stats make it one of the strongest earrings in the game for players who want both survivability and mobility from a single accessory slot.
To obtain the Witch's Earring in Deminus, travel to the Southern Court. Before heading there, make sure to bring a mask for stealing, as you will need it to collect the earring after solving the puzzle.
The Southern Court entrance is guarded, so head around to the back of the building. Look for a window you can climb through to sneak in undetected. Once inside, follow the path into a room where you will find the strongbox. The puzzle here is described as straightforward and simple to solve. After completing the puzzle, equip your mask and steal the earring from the chest.
The Witch's Earring can be refined at any Blacksmith up to level 10. Like all earrings, refinement at higher levels unlocks Health Regeneration bonuses, stacking with the earring's existing +0.2 per second passive regen.
