Volcanic Blaster is a blaster in Crimson Desert. It is classified as a Epic-grade ranged weapon with a base Attack of 12. A massive blaster once wielded by Ravok. It was the weapon of choice for the leader of the Savage Fangs, a nomadic bandit clan from the Crimson Desert. It is crude to the point of recklessness, yet boasts immense power.

The Volcanic Blaster is obtained by defeating the boar mount boss. The boar is a permanent mount that can be found roaming in the open world. You can challenge it on foot, or ride the White Bear mount to deal massive damage during the fight since no cutscene triggers the encounter. After nuking the first health bar, the boar runs away to a nearby spot. Follow it and finish it off. Bring the drop item to the Witch to unlock the boar as a permanent mount. The Volcanic Blaster is awarded alongside the mount unlock.
The Volcanic Blaster comes with a Health Siphon Abyss Gear pre-installed. This effect returns a portion of health with every attack you land. While the Volcanic Blaster itself may not be your primary weapon, the Health Siphon Abyss Gear is extremely valuable and should be extracted at a Witch and transferred to your main weapon.
Health Siphon stacks with additional copies of the same effect. The Golden Knotted Ancestral Bow found near a festival point in Pailune also carries Health Siphon. Extract both copies and install them on your primary weapon to reach Health Siphon Level 2, which returns noticeably more health per hit.
This combination is surprisingly effective when fighting regular enemies in camps and open-world encounters. The health recovery from Level 2 Health Siphon means you can conserve your food and healing items for boss fights rather than burning through your supply during routine combat.

While the base Attack of 12 is moderate, this blaster compensates with other advantages. Consider enhancing it through the refining system to boost its damage output.
Blasters excel at dealing area damage to clustered enemies. Look for chokepoints and groups to maximize splash damage.
