Quest Line

The Missing Contract and Chest Full of Gold Coins opens The Truth on the Sand investigation, a three-quest Hernand chain that also includes Investigate and Contradiction. The opening quest follows the disappearance of a trading company's contract documents and a chest of gold coins.

Resolution

The first step is to talk to Rashim, which kicks off the second quest, Investigate, that has Kliff hear out several witnesses around the trading post. Following the leads north of the Saltroad Trading Post leads to a desert tree where Armin is exposed as the culprit. Confronting Armin and turning him over to the Guard Captain closes out the chain.
