Tariv Cloth Boots are an Epic Footwear piece in Crimson Desert. Made by the Tariv Sorcerers, these cloth boots provide Movement Speed Lv.2 at base, scaling to Lv.3 at max refinement. Movement Speed increases the speed of Cliff's traversal and walking animations, making it a highly valued stat for open-world exploration.
Boots made by the sorcerers of Tariv. People come to Tariv for their own reasons. Once, even the Black Witch approached Tariv, hungering for forbidden knowledge.

As with all Gloves and Footwear, the Attack stat on boots only applies to unarmed combat (kicks and grappling). It does not affect weapon damage. The Movement Speed bonus, however, applies at all times.
The Tariv Cloth Boots are sold by the tailor in the village of Tariv in northern Demeniss. Unlike the Tariv Cloth Gloves and Tariv Cloth Cloak (which are available immediately), the boots require 100 reputation with the tailor NPC before they appear in the shop.
Reputation can be earned by giving copper pouches (approximately 5 reputation each) or by crafting books you have already read (approximately 10 reputation each). At 100 reputation, the tailor's shop inventory can also be added to your Greymane Camp for convenient access.
The Tariv Cloth Boots are one of four pieces in the Tariv cloth armor set. As cloth armor, the set provides lower Defense compared to leather or plate alternatives, but compensates with utility stats like Movement Speed and Attack Speed.
