Meat and Vegetable Porridge
March 21, 2026 at 12:42 AM
Initial version with recipe, effects, ingredient details, and tips
Meat and Vegetable Porridge is a hearty recovery item in Crimson Desert made by simmering meat, vegetables, and grain in water at a cooking tool. It provides strong health and spirit restoration alongside Ice Resistance Lv 4 for a full minute. This is an upgraded version of basic Vegetable Porridge, adding meat to substantially boost the dish's healing power.
The combination of four different ingredient types makes this one of the more complex Field Pot recipes, but the payoff is well worth it. At +240 HP and +22 Spirit, Meat and Vegetable Porridge is on par with the best Field Grill recipes while adding Ice Resistance.

Meat includes any raw meat type (Tough, Lean, Fine, Tender, or Marbled). Use the cheapest available. Vegetable includes Onion, Flax, Cucumber, Turnip, and Beet. Grain includes Lentils, Beans, Barley, Wheat, and Peas. Water is collected from any river, lake, or well.
This recipe is great when you have access to a variety of ingredients but not enough of any single type for more specialized dishes.
Lonnie at the Greymane Camp provides free porridge daily once unlocked, reducing the need to cook it yourself.
If you have extra meat, consider Braised Ribs instead, which provides +260 HP and +24 Spirit for 4 meat, though it requires fruit in place of grain.
The Ice Resistance Lv 4 buff is essential for cold-environment bosses. Cook a batch before heading north.
