Low Dropkick is Oongka's version of the Leg Sweep technique. After performing a roll, Oongka delivers a sweeping low kick that launches the targeted enemy into the air. The knockback effect creates an opening for follow-up attacks, making it a useful setup tool in Oongka's unarmed combat repertoire.
Since Low Dropkick is unlocked by default, it is available from the moment players gain access to Oongka. It requires no resource cost beyond the roll that precedes it, making it a low-commitment option for crowd control.
After launching an enemy with Low Dropkick, follow up with aerial attacks or a ground slam for additional damage.
The roll input before the kick provides invincibility frames, so the full sequence (roll into kick) doubles as both a dodge and an attack.
Low Dropkick is most effective against human-sized enemies. Larger creatures and bosses with Super Armor may resist the knockback effect.
Use Low Dropkick to clear space when surrounded by multiple enemies.
Practice using Low Dropkick against weaker enemies before relying on it in boss fights.
