Major expansion: added How to Obtain via Bloodied Sanctum, lore details about Sizlek, and relationship to Storm Fang quest chain
The Greedy Lightningblade is a one-handed sword in Crimson Desert crafted by Sizlek the Insatiable, the leader of the Fundamentalist Goblins. Designed to channel powerful Lightning currents through its blade, it is a versatile melee weapon suited for close-quarters combat. As a one-handed sword, it leaves the off-hand slot open, allowing Kliff to pair it with a shield for added defense or equip a second one-handed weapon for dual-wield combos.

The Greedy Lightningblade is one of three rewards from the Bloodied Sanctum quest. This quest becomes available after completing the Legendary Animals quest chain for House Celeste in Hernand. After finishing the Legendary Animals chain (which also awards the Valortread Armor Set), travel to Hillside Manor in the City of Hernand and speak to the guard with the orange collar marker to begin the follow-up quests.
The quest chain leads to the Bloodied Sanctum, located south of Hernand. Inside, you face Sizlek, the leader of the Fundamentalist Goblins. Defeating Sizlek awards the Greedy Lightningblade along with the Goldbranch Plate Crown and Shadow Gloves.
A masterpiece painstakingly crafted by Sizlek the Insatiable. This sword was designed to channel recklessly powerful currents through its blade. The name reflects both the weapon's lightning affinity and its creator's insatiable nature.
The Critical Rate bonus makes this sword a solid choice for builds focused on landing critical hits. Socket Abyss Cores that boost critical damage to maximize its potential.
Pair it with fast combo chains to trigger crits more often. The one-handed classification allows dual-wielding for even faster attack speed.
This weapon is obtained alongside the Goldbranch Plate Crown (which grants the Storm Fang ability) and the Shadow Gloves. All three drop from the same Bloodied Sanctum boss encounter.
Players can further customize its performance through the Refining System and by socketing Abyss Cores into its available slots.
