Furniture Shops
April 1, 2026 at 09:24 AM
Initial version covering all 5 furniture shop locations, merchants, inventories, and housing context
Furniture Shops are vendor locations scattered across the continent of Pywel that specialize in selling Furniture Supply Contracts. Each contract is tied to a specific settlement and unlocks a batch of craftable furniture patterns for the Housing system. In addition to these contracts, furniture merchants carry a secondary inventory of weapons, food, and gear, making them useful stops even for players who have not yet unlocked their home.
Five furniture shops operate in Pywel at launch: Beighen, Delesyia, Demeniss, Hernand, and Redwind. Each is run by a named merchant and stocks its regional supply contract alongside a small selection of bonus items. The shops are independent of the Contribution Shops and the Equipment Shops systems; purchases here cost Silver rather than Contribution Points.
Personal housing unlocks through story progression in Chapter 3. After completing the main quest First Step to Rebuilding, Macduff receives the Howling Hill property south of Hernand. The house sits at the Greymanes' hilltop headquarters and comes with three rooms available for decoration. Furniture placement and decoration mechanics unlock fully after completing a follow-up quest involving Pier.
Once decoration is active, players enter a bird's-eye view mode that lets them rotate, move, and position furniture anywhere within the three rooms. Items eligible for placement are marked with a house icon in the inventory. Furniture Supply Contracts from furniture shops are the primary way to expand the pool of craftable items available for placement.
Functional furniture such as the Cauldron sold at the Hernand furniture area lets players craft wine and elixirs directly from inside the house. These functional items serve a dual role as decoration and as working crafting stations.
The table below lists every furniture shop in Pywel, sorted by region. The item count includes the Furniture Supply Contract and all other goods offered by the merchant.

The Beighen Furniture Shop is operated by a merchant named Erik and is one of the smaller shops in Pywel, carrying three items. The centerpiece is the Furniture Supply Contract - Beighen, priced at 923 Silver. In addition to the contract, Erik stocks Spring Green Dye at 150 Silver, useful for customizing gear, and Gladiator's Leather Boots at 60 Silver as a budget footwear option for players passing through Beighen.

The Delesyia Furniture Shop is run by a merchant named Edmon and is the largest furniture shop in Pywel by item count, stocking 11 items. Its Furniture Supply Contract - Timberton costs 884 Silver, making it among the more affordable contracts available. Beyond the contract, Edmon's inventory is notably diverse. The shop carries heavy weapons such as the Blazing Spear at 1,300 Silver and the Runewalker Shield at 1,057 Silver, cloth armor in the form of Fundamentalist's Cloth Armor at 175 Silver, and several other goods. The breadth of this inventory makes the Delesyia shop a worthwhile stop for players progressing through the region regardless of their interest in housing.

The Demeniss Furniture Shop is operated by a merchant named Colin and carries three items. Its Furniture Supply Contract - Hidden Grove is priced at 975 Silver, the second most expensive contract in the game after the Redwind shop. Colin also sells two food items: Hearty Steamed Seafood at 396 Silver and Satisfying Braised Meat and Fish at 212 Silver. These can serve as temporary buffs or consumables for players working through the Demeniss region.
Note that Demeniss also hosts three separate Contribution Shops run by Valentine, Cobrin, and Lowell. Colin's Furniture Shop is distinct from all three and draws from a different merchant system.

The Hernand Furniture Shop is operated by a merchant named Tasha and carries three items. Its Furniture Supply Contract - Hernand is the cheapest of the five regional contracts at 839 Silver. This is typically the first furniture shop players encounter, as Hernand is reached during the early chapters of the main story. Tasha also sells the Delesyian Longsword at 612 Silver and Edelweiss at 120 Silver.
The Hernand furniture merchant area is also where players can purchase the functional Cauldron, which installs in the home and operates as a fully working crafting station for wine and elixirs. This is separate from Tasha's three-item shop and represents one of the most practical early housing purchases available.

The Redwind Merchant Guild Furniture Shop is run by a merchant named Reinhold and carries three items. Its Furniture Supply Contract - Redwind is the most expensive of the five contracts, priced at 1,131 Silver. The Guild shop also stocks the Refined Iron Sword at 550 Silver and the Glazed Helmet at 450 Silver, both of which represent mid-tier combat gear suited to players in the Redwind area. The Redwind Merchant Guild is one of the larger trading organizations in Pywel, and the naming of this shop under the Guild banner reflects its commercial prominence in the region.

Furniture Supply Contracts are the primary items sold at each furniture shop. Each contract is named after a settlement or district and unlocks a batch of regionally themed furniture patterns that can be crafted and placed inside the player's home at Howling Hill.

The contracts are sorted above from cheapest to most expensive. Players on a limited Silver budget should prioritize the Hernand contract first, as it is both the cheapest and typically the earliest accessible. The Redwind contract costs the most and is likely found later in the story progression when Silver is more plentiful.
Unlock housing before buying contracts. Furniture Supply Contracts have no use until the housing system unlocks in Chapter 3 via the quest First Step to Rebuilding. There is no harm in buying them early since they sit in inventory, but it is worth confirming housing is available before spending Silver.
Hernand first. The Hernand contract at 839 Silver is the cheapest and also the closest to the player's Howling Hill home. It provides a strong starting selection of craftable patterns without requiring a long trip.
Delesyia offers the most per shop visit. With 11 items including weapons and armor, Edmon's shop in Delesyia is worth visiting even outside of housing. The Fundamentalist's Cloth Armor and Runewalker Shield are notable combat options at this location.
Functional furniture is separate from contracts. Items like the Cauldron near the Hernand merchant are purchased individually with Silver and function as crafting stations inside the home. These are distinct from the Supply Contracts and can be bought independently.
Furniture shops sell Silver-priced goods. Unlike Contribution Shops, furniture shops accept Silver only. Contribution Points are never required here.
Explore for free furniture. Many decorative items marked with a house icon are found during exploration throughout Pywel. These do not require Silver and can supplement purchased furniture significantly.
